Millennium Hotel and Resort Manuel’s Lake Taupō is looking for a next generation super chef to join our talented kitchen! Casual/Temp & Full-time

Job duties:
Restaurant a la carte mise en place and cook-off.
Event/function/banquet prep, volume cooking, set menus and buffets.
Commercial kitchen and high-volume food production.
Customised dietary requirements
Working to all food safety and HACCP requirements.

Chefs need the following:
Every Chef has different skills and experience, please provide an updated CV and short cover letter with your application.
A passion for cooking and serving meals that not only look great but taste amazing.
Professional cooking qualifications (certificate, diploma etc)
A professional quality-orientated work ethic, can-do attitude and great flexibility to just get the job done.
Tidy appearance and excellent personal hygiene, well-maintained Chefs’ uniforms, full knife set and proper kitchen safety shoes necessary.
