We have an exciting opportunity for a new junior team member to join the Shared community.
Shared are the Fun Workspaces for Serious Business! With 3 locations in Tauranga, Papamoa and Hamilton, we are the co-working hub for new and established businesses, as well as a premier event space for networking and training.
We are looking for a part time superstar to join our Admin team on a permanent basis.
• Tauranga based opportunity (no requirement for Hamilton work)
• Part time permanent, up to 20 hours per week with potential for more
• Reception duties
• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Back ground in Events preferred but not necessary
• Experience with social media /content creation preferred
• Good attention to detail required
• Room set up and pack down including assisting with technical set up for events (as per procedures list)
• Ad hoc duties onsite
• Varied role where no two days are the same
• October start date
