About us

Hilton Lake Taupo is a 113 room hotel situated near beautiful Lake Taupo. We have a small friendly culturally diverse team of 85 hospitality professionals. We would love you to join us in the weekends and holidays to assist our Housekeeping team.

Below are the some of the responsibilities of a Room Attendant and what is required:   

Clean our guest rooms to the exceptionally high standard the guest expect of Hilton
Update Supervisors on any damaged or missing items in the rooms or back of house areas
Assist in keeping hotel property or equipment in guest working order
Assist with deep cleaning projects as and when required
Being Efficient in handling guest lost property
Using the correct chemicals for jobs and adhere to MSDS guides
Handling master keys in accordance with the Keys Regulations on own responsibility
