Our Lovely Logo – what it means

June 12, 2022November 24, 2022 toicareers

Our logo represents the journey from studying to starting a career. The learner is personified by the waka ( canoe). The waka sits upon turbulent water – depicted by the wave surrounding the waka. The hoe (paddles) represent the Careers and Employability team, who are here to steer you through those waters to your destination. The koru on the tail of the waka represent starting a new life and personal growth. The learner (waka) and the Careers and Employability team work together as a team to reach the shared goal – successful employment!

He waka eke noa. We are all in this together!
